Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange an item? No worries—our process is simple with our Re:do integration! Just visit our return portal to get started.

Return Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to submit a return for store credit or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns. Please note: We do not issue refunds. We are happy to help with fit advice and/or trying to restock what you need if you send us an email!

Item Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, with ALL tags attached. Items that smell of smoke, have pet hair, or appear worn/used will not be accepted. Such items will be sent back at the buyer’s expense or donated.

Required Process: Please do not send items back without opening a return request in the portal.
Exchanges:

You can select an exchange option directly in the portal. Instant exchanges are available so you can get your replacement faster. A valid card must be placed on file; it will only be charged if your original return is not mailed within 7 days.

Once we receive your return, we cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item(s) back to you.

If you’re exchanging the same style and a price difference shows, please complete the exchange and then email us so we can adjust it.
Returns with Coupons:

If you used a coupon code on your order and choose store credit, the coupon cannot be re-issued. However, discounts will still apply to exchanges.
Important Notes:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Abuse of our return & exchange policy, fraudulent claims, or harassment will result in future orders being canceled.
Didn’t check out with Checkout+ to get a free return label?
You can still return through the portal. You’ll simply purchase a discounted return label there. Once a label is created, you have 30 days to mail your package.
Replacements
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged. To request an exchange, please open a claim in the return portal. Once we verify the issue, we’ll email you a return label. If the exact item is no longer available, we’ll issue a store credit instead.
Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

A 10% fee will apply to cover non-refundable processing costs on our end (e.g., Checkout+ fees, credit card transaction fees, etc.).

If you accidentally selected the wrong style or size, your order can be edited instead—just email us within the first hour
Return to Sender
Please double check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Once the package is returned to us:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- A new shipping label will need to be purchased before the order can be resent
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update it before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
