FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- What I want shows out of stock. Will you be getting anymore? Please use the back in stock notification feature to be notified of restocks. If the variant is gone, we will likely not restock.
- If I place an order, how quickly will it ship? We strive to get our orders out the door between same to next business day.
- Why is my order arriving in separate packages? We carry everything in the warehouse except for Judy Blue titles ending in "Exclusive." Therefore, if you add one of those products to your order, it will ship separately from another warehouse. We use other warehouses to supplement for styles/sizes we are out of stock.
- How do I process an exchange? Please contact us via email or text so we know that you are sending items back to us. The buyer is in charge of return shipping fees. We will cover shipping for the exchanged item.
- Can I shop in person since you are no longer located in Battlefield Mall? We temporarily do not have a storefront. However, we are offering porch pickup and possibly shopping by appointment only in the near future.
