Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. ALL tags must still be attached. Items smelling of smoke, containing pet hair, appearing dirty or used will be returned at the buyer's expense or donated.
Please do not return items without opening a return in the portal. If you require assistance, please email amber@sunshineandwineboutique.com
Didn’t checkout with Re:do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through the portal with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! Once your return label has been created, you have 14 days to drop it in the mail.
If you prefer to exchange your item(s), you can choose that option in the portal. We do offer instant exchanges so you can receive your exchange quickly. However, you will be required to put a card on file in the portal in case your original return is not mailed back within 7 days. We will charge your card only in the event that 7 days have passed and your return has not been mailed. Once you mail your item(s) back to us, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item(s) back to you.
If you are processing an exchange for the same item and it is showing a price difference, please process the exchange and then send me an email at amber@sunshineandwineboutique.com to manually fix the invoice.
If you used a coupon code on your order and request a store credit, it will not be able to be re-used. However, it will apply toward exchanges.
Abuse of our return & exchange policy, fraudulent claims and harassment will result in future orders being canceled.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with your order # and photo of the defect to sunshineandwineboutique@gmail.com and we will email a return label for the exchange. If we no longer have the exact item, a gift card will be issued.
Cancellations
A request to cancel an order must be made within 1 hour of the order being placed. A 10% fee will be incurred to cover non-refundable fees on our end and the optional checkout+ cost of $2.98 cannot be refunded.
